Winchell told Doctor that he's not fat and why need to keep fit and he told Doctor that he's very sure there's other methods to improve his health. Doctor told him that consuming medicine is to control but not helping you totally.
Winchell insisted not to take medicine and one of his friend told him about TRA program and he's desperately need to improve his health as he found in such a young age shouldn't suffer from all these chronic diseases thus he went to meet the TRA consultant for further details.
During the body fat checking, Winchell was found that he had high body fat and visceral fat and all these fats caused him suffered from all these chronic diseases.
